Browsing without audience measurement creates no account, and Creative Radar collects no name, email address or free text. Your audience-measurement choice is stored locally in your browser. Vercel processes necessary requests and technical logs; the current account uses Hobby, which is not covered by the public DPA for Pro and Enterprise, and this contractual point remains unresolved.
Optional audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may load only after you agree. If activated with Radar-specific identifiers, GA4 may measure page views, sessions, approximate location, browser and device; Clarity may measure interactions, heatmaps and session playbacks. No field on this website should send a name, email address or free text to these tools.
After consent, the selected GA4 retention is 14 months without resetting on new activity. Clarity states 30 days for playbacks and 9 months for click data, heatmaps and labelled sessions. The GA4 admin setting must be verified before activation.
Contact messages
After you choose to send it, your optional name, email address, reason, message and language are stored in Creative Radar’s private inbox to answer and provide necessary follow-up. No IP address or user-agent is added to the record. Do not include unrelated personal data.
Retention and recipients
Messages are accessible to the controller in Supabase and are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange or closure. Pre-contractual requests rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); general questions, corrections and information rely on the legitimate interest in replying, Article 6(1)(f). Newsletter and audience measurement rely on consent, Article 6(1)(a).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may withdraw audience-measurement consent at any time below. For an identifiable request, select “Personal data / GDPR” on the Contact page.

Audience measurement preferences
Refusing fully blocks Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts. Changing your choice reloads the page so withdrawal takes effect immediately.
